The day begins early in the morning, when we collect you from your hotel and drive to a local winery, where you will be personally welcomed by the producer. After a warm introduction, you will learn the story of the estate and begin a guided tour of the vineyards, discovering the vine cultivation process, how the optimal ripeness of the grapes is determined, and the winemaking techniques used at the estate.
